After about a year with Full-Tilt, Juan became the company’s Area Safety Lead. He began as a superintendent overseeing a crew of 3 to 8 people and is now responsible for making sure all coworkers are safe on jobsites. He appreciates the effective way that the company operates and stands out in the industry. In his free time, Juan likes to spend time with his wife and three daughters as well as fixing things around the house and growing vegetables.
